  • Reservations
    • During school holidays, rentals are made on a weekly basis (from Sunday to Sunday)
      • Please note that during these periods, priority is given to people who request to occupy both apartments during the same week
    • The rest of the year, rentals are possible from 2 nights
  • Price
    • Prices already include utilities. This is not what is usually practiced in vacation rentals, but we trust our tenants to use water and electricity sensibly. In case of excessive consumption, we reserve the right to ask for an additional fee.
  • Check-in:
    • A payment of 50% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. The payment of the remaining balance will be debited automatically 3 days before your arrival (your authorization for the second payment is given at the time of the first).
    • The keys are found on site  (a key to enter the building and a key to your apartment) in a box attached to the wall in the building's airlock. This box can be opened using a unique code that you will receive by email before your arrival.
    • Arrival times: between 3pm and 8pm  (do not arrive after 8pm to be sure to be able to reach us in case you have difficulty opening the key box).
  • Check-out:
    • Departure time: 2:30 p.m. at the latest
    • Before you go:
  1. Empty the fridge and set it back to 7°C if you had lowered it
  2. Place your garbage bag tightly closed in the yellow bin on the landing
  3. You can leave PMD  (blue bin on the landing) as well as paper/cardboard (basket on the landing)
  4. Do not leave  glass bottles (glass bubbles located at Golflaan, 10 min. walk)
  5. Running the dishwasher and emptying it
  6. If sheets and towels are used on site, place them in  the laundry basket located on the first landing
  7. In  particular, clean the bathroom, the kitchen sideboard and the table (rags and products on site)
  8. Vacuum the  apartment (not forgetting the armchairs) and its landing, but not the outbuildings
  9. Check before you go: all lamps off and windows closed!
  10. Lock the door to your apartment and the front door of the building
  11. Put the keys back in the key box (open with your code, automatically close)
  • Cleaning info: we do not ask tenants to clean the floors with water, windows or the stairwell. This is done on a regular basis with professional means during the year.
  • Damages: We do not provide for the payment of a deposit in advance. Once again, we establish a relationship of trust with our tenants: please notify us quickly in the event of an accident and we will evaluate together the cost of the repair (or replacement).
